Welcome to Kadrizinha. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

By placing an order on this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller information

2. Changes to the site and terms

We may update these Terms, item descriptions, prices, and other site content at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that applies to your purchase is the one in force at the time you place your order.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed it (for example, via order confirmation email).

4. Prices and descriptions

Prices are shown in EUR. VAT does not apply and is not included in the price since we are not VAT registered.

We do our best to describe products and display colours accurately, but small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the pieces and differences in screens or devices.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by:

  • Invoice (bank transfer)
  • Third party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other methods shown at checkout), where offered

Your order will only be shipped after successful payment.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations if you are unsure.

6. Shipping

Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, we aim to ship your order within 14 days of receiving payment.

  • Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed.
  • Jewellery is sent in a gift box. If multiple items are ordered, they may be combined in one parcel or packaging where appropriate.
  • We use trusted postal and courier services, but we cannot guarantee shipping times, as they may vary depending on destination, time of year, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
  • All orders are shipped from Estonia.
  • If postal service is chosen as the shipping method, the order will be shipped by registered mail unless agreed upon otherwise beforehand. This means the buyer will probably have to sign for the package or go to the post office to get it.
  • An invoice will be enclosed with all orders, even if it is a gift for somebody else. This is necessary to comply with customs regulations.

Any estimated delivery times shown on the site are for guidance only.

7. Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us by email first.

7.1 Right of return (non custom items)

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund.

  • The 14 day period begins on the day you (or someone you choose) receive the package.
  • You must inform us by email that you wish to return the item(s) within this period.
  • The items must be returned unused, unworn (beyond trying on), and in the same condition in which they were received, including packaging where reasonably possible.

7.2 Refund amount

  • If you return the entire order, we will refund the product price and the original shipping cost you paid.
  • If you return only some of the items, the refundable part of the original shipping cost will be calculated proportionally based on the number of items returned.

The cost of returning the items to us is paid by the customer.

We will process your refund once we receive and check the returned items. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

7.3 Custom orders and fingerprint jewellery

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Custom-made items (including custom sizes, designs, engravings, etc)
  • Fingerprint jewellery created using your fingerprint or that of a loved one

These items are made especially for you and cannot be resold. However, if a custom or fingerprint item is defective or not as agreed, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Personal information and privacy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to process your order and respond to you. This includes name, address, email, phone number, order details, and for custom pieces, any reference materials you choose to send (for example, fingerprint impressions).

For fingerprint jewellery, fingerprint data is used only to make the items you have ordered. It is not used for any other purpose.

To deliver your order, we may share necessary information (such as your name, address, and phone number if required) with shipping companies and couriers.

By using this site and placing an order, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how your data is handled.

9. Applicable law

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with them, are governed by Estonian law.

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
