Payment
I only accept PayPal payments.
Note: Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay by card. Simply select the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” option when paying for the purchase and enter your card information as you normally would.
Shipping
I make most items to order, which means it may take up to a week to make them.
I ship worldwide by registered mail. I provide a postal tracking code with every order. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee shipping times. Typically, shipping to US takes 10-14 days, but it may take much longer, especially during the Christmas shopping period.
I will enclose an invoice with every order, even if you are buying the item as a gift for somebody. This needs to be done to comply with customs regulations.
Returns and refunds
If there’s anything wrong with your order, get in touch with me and we will sort it out. If the item arrives damaged, I will replace it or refund your money.
